The Graduate Apartments at St. Paul’s were designed and built in 2004 specifically for the uWaterloo graduate student community. It offers housing predominantly to uWaterloo graduate students and post-graduate scholars.

Apartments are available to students and scholars with families and dependants.
Shared suites, in various configurations, are designed for single students.

Hotel-style guest rooms are also offered to campus visitors for shorter stays.

"At the grad apartments, everyone is really personable and friendly in the hallway, but when you go to your room and close the door, it's your life and your apartment. People treat it like a real apartment building and that makes it really nice.

"If you want to sit in your room quietly, it's a valid option, and I know from other friends of mine that you can't do that at some of the other residences."
